Order Status
To track your order, go to https://goodiesly.com/tracking and enter your tracking number in the search bar.
Our fulfillment stage is usually 3 to 5 business days, that would be the only time frame you can cancel or change your order.
We accept PayPal and any major credit card company (Visa, MasterCard, Amex etc).
Note: All payments must be received in full prior to dispatch of goods or issuance of a coupon. if your payment is declined by your bank, credit card issuer, or our website, Goodiesly will not fulfill your order.
Once your payment completed, you will receive an order confirmation email, if not, please re-check your “spam folder” or “my orders”.
Note: If you receive an email for payment confirmation, do not panic. As your order is marked high risk due to a potentially unauthorized payment, all we need is a confirmation email regarding your payment.
Please kindly log in to your account then you can check your order history (order number, total amount), order details (shipping address, size, color, quantity etc.) and order status. (Confirmed, processing, shipped).
You can purchase on our website as a guest. However, it’s always advisable to have an account for your shopping.
It allows you to
- Check the status of order history
- Check your shipping & payment information;
- Add an item to “My cart” so that you can purchase it in the future.
Simply click on “Forgot my password”, and enter your email account.
We will send you an email immediately. Follow the instruction and you could reset your password.
This would indicate that the purchase has been refunded back into your account and it will take 1-5 business days to be credited back into your account.
Your order may be canceled for one of the following reason:
- Some countries have legislative restrictions which mean we cannot ship to this country.
- Warehouse issues may sometimes occur such as a shortage of stock.
- The method of payment appeared as a high-risk order.
A glitch in our system could have occurred, if this has happened to you then we are very sorry!

Our fulfillment stage is 3 to 5 business days, so a parcel might not ship immediately.
Tracking numbers should always be working, however, couriers may forget to update the tracking number which may seem there is no movement.
Customs may sometimes stop a parcel due to country restrictions, in this case, our support teams investigate the order to identify what the problem is.
Only regular priced items may be refunded for a store credit, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please click on “checkout” and fill in payment information, then click on “continue”, and you will be redirected to a new page where the coupon code can be redeemed.
The code needs to be entered exactly as advertised with any capital letters and spaces
Shipping
Our standard shipping usually takes between 7 to 14 business days, and in some rare cases up to 21 business days, please also keep in mind business days do not include weekends.
Note: We are currently working on an express option.
We can ship to any home, work or P.O box address!
We ship worldwide but unfortunately, there are some countries which have legislative restrictions which do not allow us to ship there.
Occasionally the courier might require a signature, or the parcel may exceed the dimensions of a Mailbox or P.O box, in this case, if one is not there to receive the order then the order will wait at the local post office.
Once your order shipped out, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number

At Goodiesly we provide free shipping!
Moreover, our products shipped from overseas. In some cases, shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
Unfortunately, Goodiesly has no control over these charges, nor can estimate what the additional charges may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Returns & Refunds
If you received your item and there seems to be something wrong with it and you would like to claim a return or refund, please visit our Returns & Refunds information page first.
We always take care in selecting a high quality and trusted goods to offer them for sale on the Goodiesly website, however, sometimes things don't quite go according to plan.
If there is something wrong with the item you received, please contact us at support@goodiesly.com
Before returning an item, please make sure that the item is unused and in the same condition you have received it.
Then please provide us with images of your defective or damaged item. In most cases, we will send you out a replacement.
Once we have the necessary pictures we can resend you a new item.
If you are not satisfied with the item and want to request a refund.
- Please check our Return Policy terms to ensure if the return is applicable for your order.
- Please make sure you have claim your refund within 30 days from the dispatch date
- You may be eligible for a refund or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased.
- Note: At Goodiesly, we reserve all the rights to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues.
- Under any circumstance, we will not refund the original shipping cost.
If you have received an item that you did not order, or somebody else's order entirely, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help our Customer Support Team to know what problem you have, please kindly attach some clear photos of the incorrect order or items you have received.
For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster.
You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!
If you are certain that an item is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible. We will be happy to track it for you.
Once we are confirmed that an item was missing, either we will refund you the item cost or send you a replacement 100% free of charge.
If the item you received is damaged or defective during shipping, you are eligible for a replacement.
Please contact Customer Support and be ready to provide photos or operating videos clearly showing the problem with the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied and sent to your email within a certain amount of days.
If approved:
If your return is because you were Unsatisfied, item was damaged or wrong order, the process may take 7 to 21 business days but we will inform our shipping team to rush your order
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not issue refunds to our customer unless the item has not been shipped out.
What we offer instead would be an exchange for another item of the same value, store credit or resending the same item.
Goodiesly hopes you will be satisfied with every purchase you make.
But if you want to return an item, returns must be prearranged and authorized by a Customer Support member. Item must be returned unused in its original condition with order confirmation email.
The packaging must not be broken wherever applicable.
We cannot accept returns under these circumstances:
- It is beyond the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Period
- The order was placed by mistake but wasn't canceled within 12 hours.
- Seasonal items (e.g. Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) after the event date are included in the order.
- If the detailed size chart is included in the description and the size you choose does not fit you well.
- A customer has changed h mind
